Job Summary:
The Sales Development Representative I is responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing leads through the sales pipeline. This role involves identifying potential customers, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the account managers. The SDR works closely with marketing and account managers to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and nurturing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify Potential Customers: Conduct in-depth research to discover potential clients within target industries.
Engage Cold Prospects: Utilize a mix of channels (email, phone, social media) to initiate meaningful contact.
Build a Strong Pipeline: Create and manage a pipeline of potential leads and track progress toward sales goals.
Qualify and Nurture Leads: Assess prospects based on their fit with our ideal customer profile, educate them on our services, and prepare them for handoff to account managers.
Utilize CRM Systems: Manage leads and sales activities effectively using CRM software (Salesforce).
Coordinate Meetings: Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and account managers, ensuring all parties are well-prepared.
Collaborate on Strategy: Work closely with account managers and the marketing team to develop strategic approaches for lead generation.
Provide Insightful Reporting: Deliver regular updates on sales activities, progress, and results.
