Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for ensuring the Business Development Managers have a consistent pipeline of qualified mid-enterprise organizations that fit our ideal customer profile. The Sales Development Representative’s primary responsibility will be to qualify and secure incremental meetings with qualified prospects for your respective Business Development Manager. In this position, you will be skillfully assessing and following-up on inbound leads in a timely and professional manner; as well as identifying and generating new leads through direct outreach efforts such as email, cold call, and appropriate digital touch points.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Secure and schedule qualified discovery meetings for Business Development Managers.
- Develop and manage sales pipeline comprised of new logo opportunities.
- Generate new leads through direct outreach including email, phone, and appropriate digital touch points.
- Research, qualify and follow-up on inbound leads in timely and professional manner.
- Document and update lead and prospect information in CRM database.
- Understand and convey the value of Synoptek's portfolio of services.
- Qualify and ascertain prospect needs.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Proactively communicate challenges and potential solutions for strategies and campaigns.

Education
- Degree in technology or related field from an accredited college or university
- In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 - meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa
Experience
- Customarily has at least 2 years of sales experience. Technology industry preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, or OneDrive preferred
- Experience working with CRM software preferred
- Experience with phone outreach and email/social media campaigning, a plus

Work is performed primarily in an office or remote environment; final location is subject to business need. May be subject to time constraints and tight deadlines. May require occasional travel.
Salary Range
The following information is required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of Denver. The anticipated starting pay range for Denver, CO applicants for this role is $48,974.00 - $77,172.30 with a median of $62,225.46. Actual compensation is impacted by a number of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, specific work locations and any potential licenses and certifications required for the role.
The following information is required by the Californjia Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of California. The anticipated starting pay range for Irvine, CA applicants for this role is $51,963.84 - $81,882.42 with a median of $66,023.32. Actual compensation is impacted by a number of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, specific work locations and any potential licenses and certifications required for the role.
