We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consulting Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic and fast-paced Technology team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who is eager to make a significant impact on a growing company. You will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying, creating, and cultivating business opportunities, enhancing our customer base, and contributing to our overall sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Sales Development Representative, your duties will include:
1. Conducting cold calls and prospecting potential clients to generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
2. Utilizing your expertise in B2B sales to effectively sell our technology solutions and services.
3. Managing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring customer success through excellent service and support.
4. Leveraging Point Of Sale Systems to track sales activities and customer data.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth and customer acquisition.
6. Uncovering opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients, thus maximizing revenue potential.
7. Providing insightful feedback from prospect conversations to the Marketing and Product teams for product development and improvements.
8. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Sales Development Representative role should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry.
2. Proven track record in cold calling, prospecting, and achieving sales targets.
3. Solid experience in Account Management and B2B sales.
4. Proficiency in Point Of Sale Systems.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to uncover new sales opportunities and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
7. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to ensuring customer success.
8. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
