Purpose of Your Work:
As a Sales Development Representative working within Redwood Logistics (one of our entities), you will play a vital role in the sales process by identifying, connecting with, and qualifying potential customers. As the first point of contact for prospects, the SDR focuses on lead generation, nurturing, and setting up qualification meetings for the Sales team. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving revenue growth.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
- Research and identify potential customers through various channels (e.g. social, online research, inbound leads, software databases)
- Conduct outbound calls, emails and social outreach to engage prospects
- Work closes with the Sales team to develop targeted strategies for specific markets and industries
- Collaborate with marketing to align on messaging and lead nurturing strategies
- Learn the dynamic industry of logistics and Redwood’s unique differentiation
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
You’ve Got This?
- 1+ years of experience in B2B technology or Supply Chain Sales
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Consistent record of achieving measurable goals in previous roles
- Strong business insight and curiosity about the prospect's business
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and capable of working independently or as part of a team

Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.
