WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...Drive Maxwell's revenue growth through high quality and high quantity cold calls, emails, etc with a focus on setting appointments for the sales teamResearch prospect contact information and best ways to get in touch with themEducate prospects on Maxwell's product offering of digital mortgage solutions and service offeringsWork closely with account executives, marketing, and customer success on various projects that are in support of the entire sales teamMaintain accurate notes and activity in SalesForce CRM and other tech stack toolsHave a significant impact on the growth of our business through prospecting, setting meetings, and interaction with Account Executives and Customer SuccessPartnering with internal resources to learn and grow into your sales careerPerforms other job-related duties as assignedIDEALLY, YOU'LL HAVE...1+ year prior sales experience (bonus points for prior software/tech sales/ mortgage experience) Mortgage industry knowledge is not required, but a huge plus!Results Oriented Hunter: you know what it takes to succeed and win, and you are willing to grind it out day in and day out to create the desired outcomesTrack record of top performance: organizational skills to handle a high lead flow and should have a strong interest in advancing his/her career in salesPositive attitude: trained in effective opportunity discovery and an ability to speak/sell to prospect pain pointsSelf-starter: need little guidance and own targets and projects from beginning to end with exceptional time management and organizational skillsIntelligent and articulate: with excellent communication skills both oral and writtenNaturally curious: you have a passion for learning new things and understanding what makes our customers successfulNot sure you meet all of our ideals? This is a full-time, salaried role based in Denver, CO. While we appreciate theinterest, we are not accepting opportunities from contingency staffing agencies.The pay range for this role is:$55,000-$60,000 base + $25,000-$30,000 variable compensation.
