About the Role:
As a Sales Development Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital segment's exponential growth. You'll oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives and Researchers, collaborating closely with our Sales team to build, scale, and streamline our pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns aligned with business objectives. This includes creating targeted lists, leveraging email, phone, and social media outreach, and continuously analyzing data to optimize campaigns.
Team Leadership: Train, manage, and mentor a team of lead generation specialists and researchers.
Budget Management: Oversee the lead generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor campaign progress, identify issues, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation
1+ years of people management experience
Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns
Proficiency in lead generation tools
Strong understanding of sales cycles, data flows, and research methodologies
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, execution, and reporting
Data-driven decision-making abilities
