We are hiring entry-level for a role with potential growth into management. Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, hotels, and restaurants are encouraged to apply as people skills are essential in this role.
As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping QZ Solutions execute sales and marketing strategies. You’ll work with a diverse team of people who focus on the following areas: sales and generating new business; customer service and relationship management; new product and promotion launches; local market research; new customer trend analysis; corporate and financial communications; recruitment marketing; and client-centric sales campaigns

Responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Service Representative:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints directly in person with our customers
- Provide information about the campaigns our company works with
- Process sale orders for customers in accordance with campaign standards
- Document and update customer records accurately based on interactions
- Keep up to date with training about the campaigns
- Participate in daily training classes and provide insight or suggestions for weekly sales metrics
