Vol Systems' Client Relations Manager role is a long-term position in which sales and customer service skills and experience will add value to our clients and our team's culture. We handle all business-to-consumer sales and retention efforts for clients in some of the country's fastest-growing industries.

Client Relations Manager Responsibilities:

• Help Support and Provide quality assurance with current customers in person to build a positive relationship
• Setting and keeping sales appointments while maintaining a low cancellation rate
• Assist the sales managers in training, developing, and assisting in other tasks as needed
• Create and hit weekly and monthly sales goals
• Training of new sales associates once promoted into a leadership-level position
