Skyline Promotions Sales & Customer Service Associate role is a long-term position where sales and customer service skills and experience will add value to not only our clients but to the culture of our team. We handle all the business-to-business sales and retention efforts for clients in some of the fastest-growing industries in the country.
Skyline Promotions Sales and Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Help Support and Provide quality assurance with current customers in person to build a positive relationship
- Setting and keep sales appointments while maintaining a low cancellation rate
- Assist the sales managers in training, developing and assisting in other tasks as needed
- Create and hit weekly and monthly sales goals
- Training of new sales associates once promoted into a leadership-level position
