Currently, Globe Life AIL AO is hiring Sales & Customer Service Associate,
As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will become a licensed insurance agent and authorized to sell life and Accidental Health insurance. You will deliver a seamless client experience by understanding individual customer needs, recommending personalized solutions, and providing guidance every step of the way.

What you bring:
- Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with your client.
- A natural communicator and understand how to listen and empathize with others.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working between different systems
- Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude, Independent, Ambitious and Competitive
- Minimum one year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Must be willing to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license within 1 month of hire.
- Converting online leads into closed insurance policies
- Engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them.
- Building rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships to establish a thriving trust-based client network.
- Providing excellent customer experience to our clients
- Exhibiting a continued focus on service excellence
- Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices, answering their product questions and advising on next steps.
- Analyze customer needs and promote and cross-sell products and services.
- Handle phone and email inquiries from existing clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Must be willing to take the LLQP license within the first month.
