As you dive into the vibrant world of community outreach and sales within our communities, be prepared to roll up your sleeves and experience every facet of this dynamic industry.
Training Objectives:
- Mastering Sales Department Management: From receiving and making telephone calls to answering inquiries, providing information, and scheduling appointments with prospective residents and families, you'll be at the forefront of our sales operations.
- Meticulous Record-Keeping: Become a maestro of information by completing and recording all traffic/guest card details for prospects, sending thoughtful thank-you notes, and ensuring prompt and consistent follow-up.
- Immersive Community Tours: Join forces with our Sales Counselor and Executive Director to conduct captivating tours of our community and model residences, showcasing the unparalleled lifestyle we offer.
- Market Savvy: Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining a keen awareness of local market conditions and trends, actively participating in market surveys, and providing valuable insights to shape our strategies.
- Engage in Daily Stand-Up Meetings: Contribute your ideas and insights during our daily stand-up meetings, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Resident-Focused Interaction: Interact with residents and their families, addressing concerns, and proactively resolving business office matters within the community.
- Strategic Partnership with Sales Counselor: Work closely with the Sales Counselor to develop and review marketing plans, achieve sales goals, and stay informed about upcoming move-ins and move-outs.
- Move-in Coordination: Communicate daily with Sales Counselor other key team members regarding the status of all prospective move-ins. Coordinate the move-in process for new residents in an efficient and welcoming manner.
Requirements:
- College degree.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficient. Knowledge of Excel preferred, not required.
- Desire to grow and learn
- Weekend days occasionally required
