4 Rivers Smokehouse began with the launch of the “Barbecue Ministry” in 2004 when John hosted a cookout fundraiser to support a local family whose young daughter was battling cancer. This one event resulted in a passion for supporting local schools, churches, and charitable organizations. Today, we have several locations across the state of Florida, with plans for continued expansion and more than 1,000 amazing folks on our 4 Rivers team. Our Chef and Owner John Rivers strives to support our local communities in everything we do.
As the 4R Signature Products Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the flow of the Company’s products to customers of 4R Signature Products, The Sales Coordinator uses their experience to promote customer satisfaction for this growing business. The Sales Coordinator must move seamlessly between interactions with customers, suppliers, distributors, packaging, and freight companies. This position reports to the President of 4R Signature Products and the Supply Chain Manager.

What You Will Bring To The Table:
REQUIRED:
- Advanced sales and customer service skills.
- Proven history in making independent judgment calls and decisions in a fast-changing environment.
- Passion and appreciation for an established culture built on principles of charity, hospitality, goodwill, servant leadership, kindness, integrity, and inclusiveness.
- Confidence in addressing individuals and groups in person or in virtual meetings, with the ability to respond professionally if/when challenged by vendors and customers.
- Energetic initiative-taker, independent and action oriented with an entrepreneurial mind set.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license and driving history that meets 4R driving standards.
- Ability to travel 5% of the time.
- Ability to work out of the home office, Restaurant Group in Winter Park, FL.
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field.
- Interest, knowledge, and passion for culinary arts.
Responsibilities include:
- Inputting various sales orders and making sure each order is processed and delivered to the customers on time.
- Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
- Analyzing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers.
- Entering order information into company and customer databases.
- Delivering an elevated level of customer service, meet commitments, and provide timely follow-up to new and current clients.
- Answering customer questions regarding products and their accounts.
- Collaborating with team members from other departments such as marketing, accounting, and our Culinary Director to optimize sales.
- Providing ongoing regular, follow up with clients to ensure 4R products are exceeding expectations.
- Participating in strategy building, monthly forecasting, and sales planning with the Supply Chain Manager and Finance.

Within the first hour, a line had formed out the door…and then around the corner.
