Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Florida team. This role supports two Business Development Managers in preparing bids, ensuring timely delivery of customer proposals, and creating installation copies for jobs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a knack for collaboration, and a keen interest in outside sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Business Development Managers in preparing competitive bids and proposals for customers.
- Ensure all customer proposals are accurate, professionally formatted, and delivered on time.
- Create and manage installation documents and job-specific materials to support project execution.
- Maintain and update records in Salesforce, Smartsheet, and other platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and materials for proposals and installations.
- Monitor bid timelines and follow up to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support as needed to the sales team, including generating reports and handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets effectively.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) is required.
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct and Smartsheet is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outgoing personality with an interest in building a career in outside sales.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support or a related administrative role.
- Exposure to the bidding and proposal process in a sales-driven environment.
