About the Job
" Support stations/regions efforts to drive revenue and deliver customer service both internally and with clients
" Execute broadcast and digital order entry
" Perform order maintenance throughout campaign flight
" Creating makegoods to station/regions account managers
" Communicate and confirm all order changes or makegoods to buying agency
" Regularly check coding on TP/high-profile events for accuracy
" Send Pre and Post logs to clients as requested
" Assist traffic with locating instructions and other campaign materials
" Assist to creating and managing advertiser/agency codes
" Post flight invoice maintenance, adjustments, edits as necessary
" Coordinate with agency and station/regions account managers to resolve any billing discrepancies
" Work closely with various levels of management and staff within marketing, sales, programming, and finance departments at stations
Quals--
Qualifications
" At least 1 year of experience in sales support or sales operations with working knowledge in broadcast traffic and sales order systems
" Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
" Bilingual-English/Spanish preferred
" Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Desired Characteristics
" Knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic, WO Connect
" Knowledge of basic Microsoft Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
" Strong verbal & written communication skills
" High level organizational skills - must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and balance
" Strong interpersonal skills/team oriented with a positive attitude
" Creative thinker with a strategic and business-oriented mindset towards problem solving
" Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
