About the Job
I-State Truck Center is looking for a Sales Coordinator to work out of our location in New Century Kansas. This role will provide support to the Vocational Fleet Truck Sales team by coordinating and processing all paperwork needed to complete the sales of truck and equipment.This candidate will also effectively process, coordinate, and document each sales order from the beginning to the end of the sales order cycle.

Job Overview:
- Order Documentation. Follow standard order processing procedure to setup and record sales order information. Utilize project checklist, sales log, and current business software to document and track sales order components, expected delivery dates and any other applicable requirements. Review scheduling of priorities with manager.
- Create and maintain inventory and pricing reports
- Both internal and external weekly customer reports
- Service Support. Create and distribute purchase order information to either internal or external service support personnel upon request. Assist in gathering and providing any other pertinent information as needed.
- Generate and administer Extended warranty presentations
- Create individual extended warranty presentations, administer, and register for new truck customers.
- Inventory Control. Accurately forecast inventory requirements based on outstanding orders. Reconcile physical inventory records with electronic records to ensure inventory accuracy Assist with monthly inventory count and vehicle adults according to procedure.
- General Support. Aid with special projects, Marketing presentations and customer event presentations as needed.
Other Duties would include:
- Issue purchase orders for trucks and equipment, including inter-departmental, as directed by department managers.
- Generate and maintain electronic and physical folders for trucks and equipment
- Manage customer receivables, rebates, and concessions
- Cross train with other truck sales administrative assistant(s) to assist with their duties as needed

Position Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator
- Proficient with all Microsoft office software, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Internet browsers
