Sales Coordinator - ASC SUNSTONE CIRCUITS, LLC

Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless processing, tracking, and delivery of customer orders while providing exceptional client communication and internal coordination by performing the following duties.

 Essential Job Duties      

• Order Processing:
  • Accurately enters and reviews order details to ensure all specifications meet client and company requirements.
  • Coordinates with the production team to confirm order capabilities and timelines.
• Order Tracking & Status Updates:
  • Tracks all orders from placement through to shipping, proactively communicating any updates or delays to relevant departments and clients.
  • Regularly updates internal tracking systems to maintain up-to-date information on order status.
• Customer Communication:
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status and any inquiries related to timelines or specifications.
  • Provides clients with timely updates on their orders and manages any changes to orders in coordination with the sales team.
• Internal Coordination:
  • Works closely with the sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure alignment and avoid delays.
  • Facilitates smooth hand-offs between departments and ensures any specific customer needs are communicated.
• Shipping Coordination:
  • Confirms shipping details and tracks packages to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Addresses any shipping issues by coordinating with carriers and updating clients as needed.
• Administrative Support:
  • Maintains organized records of all orders, communications, and any adjustments made.
  • Assists the Sales Manager and team with other administrative tasks as required.

 Education & Experience

A high school diploma or GED is required for this role. In addition to the education requirement, this position requires a minimum of two years of related experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be used to satisfy these requirements.
