Sales Coordinator
Garber Heating and Air Conditioning has been providing comfort, efficiency, and quality systems and services to the Morton, Peoria, Bloomington and surrounding area since 1972.
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Someone that is looking for a career with a growing and exciting company. This position is responsible for growing the sales department by coordinating marketing initiatives using social media, web site, and other local marketing campaigns. We are a family focused company and have recently renovated our offices to provide a pleasant work environment.
We do have a few requirements, of course. First, we like happy people. Second, we like people that want to invest in their career by looking for ways to improve not only themselves, but the company's success as well. We welcome and encourage input from our team members to help us improve. Third, we hire for attitude and character, we can train you in the technical side of this position. Fourth, we are looking for someone that can communicate well and provide a great experience for all of our clients.
Work Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
Office Location: Morton, IL - remote work not available
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 thru hourly and sales commission

Position Summary: As a representative for our Company, you will be part of a team responsible for aggressively growing our client base. Generating and qualifying leads through our marketing campaigns. Scheduling and managing leads by tracking and following up on them. Preparing and assisting in team meetings. Assist our marketing team by preparing content and in home sales literature. Working with the client thru the entire sales and installation process.
