Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Marietta, GA
Pay: $22/hour + Bonus
Schedule: The office is open from 9:00AM - 8:00PM Monday-Friday to assist West Coast customers, 9:00AM-3:00PM on Saturday. The ideal candidate is flexible to work within these hours. Core hours are 9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday. You will work in the office for core hours. After training, there may be flexibility to work remote for hours worked AFTER 5:00PM and on Saturday. Please be sure that you can work flexible hours before applying.

Are you an organized, entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences? Our customer is looking for a Sales Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our sales and marketing efforts. In this position, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to ensure customers receive top-notch service while contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage design appointments, including cancellations and rescheduling.
- Monitor and respond to call logs, including after-hours callbacks.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all customer communications are logged.
- Manage text message communications, including sending appointment reminders.
- Monitor incoming web leads and schedule appointments promptly.
- Troubleshoot phone system issues and liaise with support teams when necessary.
- Maintain branded materials inventory and ensure designer kits are stocked.
- Organize advertiser and vendor contact lists, and track marketing costs and invoices.
- Keep the Google Drive for AoD clean, organized, and up-to-date.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication and listening abilities.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and other organizational technologies.
- Confidence in overcoming objections and confirming customer appointments.
- A solid understanding of product offerings to assist customers effectively.
