Your tasks
Our Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient execution of sales processes. This individual acts as a bridge between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments, focusing on administrative and operational support while enhancing customer satisfaction. The tasks include but not limited to the below:Maintain sales materials including stock list, order form, ship-by-month report, Edelweiss, PDF/ dropbox catalog files (frontlist and backlist)
Liaise and provide customer service support to external rep groups (including forwarding orders to Ingram for processing)
Keep showrooms updated with new/current samples
Keep Ribbon order platform updated (monthly)
Manage ‘in-house’ accounts and travel within Southwest to visit customers
Assist specialty account manager with prospecting and support new business endeavors by creating pitch letters, creating database and large pipeline of potential customers, doing outreach, and passing along leads.
Act as back-up for all account managers and directors when they are traveling/ out of office
Assist in preparing for annual sales conferences and roundtable discussions by researching comparable titles, organizing sales materials, and other responsibilities as coordinated with Sales Director.
Prepare and submit monthly Internal Report
Your profileBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or coordination roles
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Enthusiasm for driving consistent change and improvement to achieve company objectives
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities
Excellent organizational skills with a proactive mindset to identify and implement process improvements

We offer
This is a Full Time position, based in our office in LA. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 excluding bonuses and other benefits. This is a good faith estimate based on the expectations as laid out in the job description. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, life insurance, 401k plan, and yearly performance reviews.
