EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities
· Researchtargetmarketsandidentifythepointofcontactfor prospecting
· Activelybuildandmaintainassignedclientrelationships
· Thoroughknowledgeofproductlines,productmaintenanceneeds,basicinstallrequirementsandKYA processes
· Collectasmuchinformationaspossiblefromclientsforanyupcomingopportunities(product,color,style, lead time, size of area, etc)
· EnterinformationintheKUE/HubSpotthatisrelevanttodailyactivity
· Followuponquotestatusfortimelydeliveryto clients
· Deliverquotestoclientandfollowupasnecessary
· Havetheabilityto answerquestionsregardingquotesyouareresponsiblefor
· Createnewsupportticketsformarketing,tech,etc.
· SendPO’sandsignedquotestoContractsdepartmentforprocessing
· FollowupwithOperationsforthestatusofinstall/deliverydatesandnotifyclient
· Visitinstalls,asnecessaryandbeasitecoordinatorwhenassignedbySalesManager
· FacilitatesignedworkreleasesandforwardtoOperations Department
· Takebeforeandafterphotosofinstalls,asnecessary
· Assistwithtakingmarketingqualitypicturesofjobs
· Understandingofhowtoestimateajob
· Beabletomeasureindoorandoutdoor projects
· AssistOperationsdepartmentwithschedulingwork,as necessary
· AssistAccountingdepartmentwithcollections,as necessary
· HaveabasicunderstandingofallKYApurchasingcontracts
· Expenseallitems inatimely mannerusingExpensify
· Assistwithadministration needs
· Attendvariousevents,includingbutnotlimitedto,TradeShows,ConventionsandPresentationsasa representative of The KYA Group
· Setupandbreakdowntradeshow events
· UnderstandandupholdtheKYAKreedandMission Statement
· TravelingaroundCaliforniatosupportRA’s.
Qualifications:Toperformthisjobsuccessfully,onemustbeorganized,timeeffective,havebasic proficiencyin utilizing measuring tools, have basic computer/tablet knowledge, and work well with others.
Education/Experience:HighSchoolDiplomarequired,bachelor’sdegreepreferred,andtwoyearsofrelated experience.
LanguageAbility:ReadandInterpretdocumentssuchasmeasuresheetsandproceduremanuals.Writeroutine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
MathAbility:Calculatefiguresandamountssuchasdiscounts,interest,proportions,percentages,area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
ReasoningAbility:Abilitytodefineproblems,collectdata,establishfacts,anddrawvalid conclusions.
ComputerSkills:Toperformthisjobsuccessfully,anindividualshouldhaveintermediateknowledgeofExcel, Word, and Email.

WorkEnvironment:DepartmentworksfromeithertheCorporateofficeorinthefield.Mayrequireextendedstays at hotels and away from home due to sales calls, trade shows, and other functions.
