Sales Coordinator - Doug Bryson

We currently looking for a Sales Coordinator for our client out of Columbia, MD (FULLY REMOTE POSITION). This position requires strong knowledge of MS Excel and Logistics industry experience with international shipping experience being a plus. This position provides visibility of the entire business process and work affords the opportunity to work with multiple diverse teams both internally and externally around the globe.

This role will work closely with:

• Customers to receive process, and dispatch orders,
• Vendors in the US and Europe to obtain product to satisfy customer orders,
• Internal groups including finance, logistics and technology to utilize and improve processes and systems that support and grow the wholesale business and,
• Resources internally and externally to manage and resolve customer and vendor exceptions.

Responsibilities:

• Detailed analysis of pricing and inventory from vendors ,
• Review of customer patterns and order requirements,
• Preparation and submission of inventory and availability files to customers,
• Utilization of company systems to place customer orders, initial orders with vendors to obtain necessary inventory, initiate and track customer and vendor orders to completion,
• Preparation of invoices to customers for purchases and coordination of reporting with finance,
• Reconciliation of vendor invoices,
• Interaction with warehouses to dispatch orders to customers and receive inventory from vendors,

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well organized, meticulous, able to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team. ADVANCED EXCEL KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST. All candidates are required to have excellent written and verbal skills, experience analyzing data, strong problem-solving skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
