JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Sales Coordinator is to support the processing of sales of Used Machines and Attachments, as well as receiving trade-ins, and purchased equipment. The sales coordinator will complete Used Sale Invoicing, Trade-in processing, Lien Searches, Coordination of CAT Financial Lease Return Machines to Ohio CAT yards, processing Caterpillar Certified Used claims, requesting CVA quotes, and invoicing aftermarket warranty sales.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Some college is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working with heavy equipment, or the rental industry are preferred.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Candidate should possess good PC skills with Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Should possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong customer service skills, math skills, and a basic knowledge of accounting.
- Must be able to multitask, and handle multiple projects at one time, as well as prioritize them.
- Individual should be able to work well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Possesses strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Should be highly energetic and outgoing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
