Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator, typically two years experience or higher. The Sales Coordinator will drive project details from start to completion. Responsible for maintaining sales process workflow and set due dates for each benchmark, ensuring salesperson and technical implementation manager are kept apprised of any changes. Interface with internal team members across different departments to guide and direct project details to fulfill client requirements and timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales Managers to administer the sales process in assigned territories
- Responsible for documenting project details and coordinating technical and sales teams
- Understand scopes of work, budgets, and specification
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and work with technical team to ensure its accuracy
- Partner with various internal departments to respond to and resolve inquiries
- Quarterly forecasting with consistent precision and accuracy
- Build relationships with clients to achieve a mutually advantageous partnership
- Input and update customer information, statuses, and requirements into CRM and Service databases
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, or in other sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of Sales Force, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and competitive
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships by valuing the perspectives and opinions of colleagues
