About the Job
As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for, assisting sales and project management in the sales and processing of equipment. You will also be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager and sales teams with appraisals, warranties and processing invoices for equipment sales, in addition to ensuring accuracy and timely data entry related to used equipment inventory, invoicing and reporting.
- Assists with quotes, warranties, and processing invoices on sales.
- Purchase items and parts for builds as needed.
- Ensure all necessary inventory is in stock for the product being built.
- Communicate with project managers on items to be built and help close out and deliver the built product to customer.
- Reviews quoting system and updates pricing.
- Assists with invoicing preparation on sale of new and used equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role. May consider additional education in lieu of experience.
- Experience in construction or heavy equipment industry strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with invoicing and billing preferred.
- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints or schematics.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to work with people across all levels of the organization, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial settings Possess solid experience working with NIRON (pipe and fitting system) 3 / 4” – 8” Able to work with threaded pipe, root piping and copper piping Fabricate piping and materials to assemble systems and ensure they are running effectively Able to inspect, troubleshoot malfunctioning systems
