The ideal candidate for this multi-functional role is a self-starter, detail oriented and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced growing environment. This person will be working closely with the Adventure Sports Platform Amazon Channel Development Team to assist with the overall growth of our business.
The Amazon Marketplace Sales Coordinator will support Key Account Managers across the Adventure Sports platform in site operations, merchandise assortment, merchandising, promotions, and brand maintenance. This associate will be working with internal and external partners to manage and oversee the business channel.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Amazon Channel Development and allows you the flexibility to work from your home office or is based out of our Irvine, California office.
As the Amazon Marketplace Sales Coordinator , you will have an opportunity to:
+ Track, organize and manage orders and inventory allocation prioritization with the goal of shipping on time and with the highest fill rate possible.
+ Create and manage various cases pertaining to product listings, performance issues and overall account health with the Amazon CSM.
+ Execute Ecommerce new item setup and image upload process in conjunction with the applicable Team members.
+ Responsible for coordinating product imagery, description and A+ content with overall brand image and marketing campaigns for all products listings we can create with applicable team members.
+ Track, organize and manage multiple product listings across multiple marketplaces, brands and sales channels.
+ Investigate Authorized and Unauthorized Marketplace sellers, legal matters regarding copyright, MAP and with support from Sales Operations.
+ Manage UPC and ASIN catalog requests from marketplace sellers and 1P Adventure Sports Brands.
+ Work in close partnership with Customer Service, Sales Operations, and Retail Partners
+ Assist E-Commerce team with research, marketing, analysis and optimization projects
+ Assist with inventory management
+ Assist with various sales and inventory reports
+ Monitoring for negative feedback, search suppressed, deactivated, paused, detail page removed, intellectual property complaints or otherwise restricted listings.
You have:
+ BA/BS with concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales or related areas
+ Strong Analytical skills
+ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
+ Familiarity with retail math is a plus
+ Has exceptional attention to detail and the ability to plan strategically and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel
+ Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
+ Ability to prioritize and manage through ambiguity
+ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Work with all levels of the organization including external partners
+ Experience in merchandising, online marketing, and/or e-commerce preferred.
+ Ecommerce Amazon experience and working in Amazon vendor central system is a plus
You might have:
+ 3+ years of experience with Amazon 1P and 3P account management preferred.
Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
