Overview
Kape Roofing & Exterior is seeking motivated and driven Sales Consultants to join our team. As a key player in our growing company, you will be responsible for managing your own leads, selling roofing and exterior services, and overseeing projects from start to finish. We are hiring candidates from Fort Collins down to Colorado Springs, all experience levels welcome.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation: Prospect and secure new clients by actively seeking out leads and building relationships.
- Project Management: Oversee jobs from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely completion.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, professional communication with clients throughout the entire project process.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate roofing and exterior solutions.
- Estimate & Proposal Creation: Generate accurate project estimates, review contracts, and secure agreements.
- Quality Control: Ensure that every job meets the high-quality standards of Kape Roofing & Exterior.
What We Need:
- Reliable Transportation: You must have a vehicle for travel to job sites and meetings with clients.
- Tools & Equipment: Own or have access to ladders, phone, laptop, and necessary materials to perform job duties.
- Experience: Previous sales or roofing experience preferred, but not required. We are truly willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work toward your goals and learn.
Pay
- Performance Based Pay
- 1st year reps hitting goal make between $70-90K
- 2nd year reps typically make between $90-130K
- 3rd year reps typically make between $130K+
