About the Role: Sales Consultant; After completing 8 weeks of paid training at our Eagleville, PA headquarters, you'll transition to your assigned location in North Wales or Malvern. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mastering our sales process and company values through hands-on training.
- Building relationships with new and existing clients to identify their needs and create custom solutions.
- Generating new opportunities through community events, home shows, and neighborhood outreach (targeting at least 50 leads monthly).
- Conducting client consultations by evaluating the scope of work, accurately diagnosing issues, and providing expert guidance on products and installations. Act as a trusted advisor to recommend solutions that align with client needs while ensuring clarity and professionalism throughout the consultation process.
- Managing project measurements, and estimates using advanced tools.
- Effectively addressing client inquiries to ensure satisfaction and clear communication throughout the project.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly performance metrics (KPIs).
