Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Identify target markets, industries, and prospects to prioritize sales efforts and maximize opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and positioning.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Qualify leads and prospects based on their needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.

Consultative Selling and Solution Development:
- Conduct needs assessments and thorough discovery meetings with prospects to understand their challenges and objectives.
- Recommend and present tailored solutions and proposals that address customer pain points and deliver value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions, pricing strategies, and service offerings.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiations with prospects to finalize terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to secure commitment and close sales deals.
- Ensure smooth transition and handover to the implementation or account management teams post-sale.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Provide ongoing support, follow-up, and communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor client feedback and market trends to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
