About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales opportunities. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to maximize sales growth.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and prospects to determine their needs, budget, and timelines.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services to meet their needs.

Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products or services and effectively communicate their features, advantages, and benefits to potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials as needed.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts.
- Close sales and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication, problem-solving, and follow-up after sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
