Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Educate and sell automobiles and services to new and existing customers.
- Close and follow up on sales transactions.
- Network and build relationships with the client base.
- Consistently meet or exceed personal and company sales objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of current and incoming inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
- Prepare and process all required paperwork and documentation for sales transactions.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is welcomed but not necessary.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Personable, outgoing, and friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Valid Driver's License
