Compensation and Training:

• Aggressive Compensation Plan: Sell 10 vehicles per month and earn a minimum of $4,000 per month.
• Paid Training: Receive salary for the first 3 months plus bonuses and commissions.

General Duties:

• Customer Satisfaction: Focus on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Needs Assessment: Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Vehicle Demonstration: Demonstrate new and used vehicles, including test drives.
• Delivery: Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining features, warranties, and paperwork.

• Motivated and Positive Attitude: Highly motivated individuals with strong communication skills.
• Customer-Centric: Enjoy meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
