Sales and Closing Coordinator - CO at Brightland Homes Ltd.

The Company is currently seeking a Sales and Closing Coordinator to schedule closings, review all sales contract paperwork and coordinate with internal and external teams to manage the sales and closing process..

This is a full-time, regular position. Salary range $45,000 to $60,000 plus bonus plan. Excellent healthcare, 401k with match, paid vacation, paid holidays and more.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain ongoing communication with homebuyers, field, mortgage and title companies, and company management to schedule closings and inspection walks
• Maintain Closing Calendar
• Maintain home summary sheets
• Manage, monitor and update website and BDX if needed
• Process contracts and option/upgrade addendums and review for accuracy
• Document contract in JDE, entering all new or updated sales and contract information
• Verify all deposits are received and payments are communicated to appropriate parties
• Communicate buyer information when surveys need to be sent out
• Compare external documents and sales contract for consistency and accuracy
• Assist management with upkeep of base prices and lot premiums
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of MLS listings
• Assist management with contract program maintenance
• Store and distribute sales and closing documents as appropriate
• Prepare and distribute reports as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Experience working in an office environment
• Highly detailed; able to follow and adhere to direction and apply that direction to work activities
• Knowledge of process of closing sales of real property
• High school diploma or equivalent
