| Sales Business Development Marketing Material Handling Automation Solutions Manufacturing Conveyor Systems Big Box Logistics Turnkey Solutions _ . Seeking individual who can manage a regional sales team calling on new and existing customers to sell integrated material handling solutions designed for the customer's specific requirements. About: *** Company has projects in big box retail distribution centers, transportation hubs and airports, manufacturing plants, parcel & package distribution, warehousing and logistics, etc. *** Fully integrated supply chain management and material handling solutions incorporating automated "smart" conveyors with RF and barcode scanning sorting equipment, rotary tables, racks, shelves, etc. Activities: *** Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor P&L and develop corrective actions when numbers don't meet projected levels. *** Lead new business development activities and ensure team members actively pursue 'hot' leads to gain new customers and expand sales operations. *** Design and manage brand strategy and develop strategies that convey the company's culture to customers. *** Manage sales team members and assist with negotiations and 'win strategy' development. Requirements: *** Experience in a Sales Director position or similar level with responsibility for team members, customer engagement, strategy development, and P&L.
