Sales Campaign Business Insights Specialist - US Tech Solutions

**Job Description:** + As the Sales Activation and Operations Program Manager, you will develop, build and manage systems to derive insights to support Cloud's acquisition of early-stage startups. **Responsibilities:** + Maintain existing scripts and processes required to support the Startup Campaigns programs. + Develop SQL scripts to and data analysis to provide insights into performance or provide data to inform decisions. + Work with the Startup Campaign Strategy Program Manager to develop prospect pools and targeting for sales campaigns. + Develop targeting, analytics and reporting insights to drive business and revenue impact in the startup segment. + Partner with your teammate, the Startup Campaign Strategy Program Manager to design and implement startup acquisition campaigns across all startup regions through their entire lifecycle, building clear roadmaps for cross-functional team members. + Serve as a resource to sellers on all program related tools and systems to provide explainability and context. **Experience:** + 5 years of experience in program management, management consulting, strategy and operations, or sales development. + Experience designing sales workflows, processes, and systems requirements. + Experience working with sales teams, marketing, services, and program operations. + Experience formulating and conducting data analysis on complex data structures. + Specific Tools or Applications experience. + Advanced SQL. **Skills:** + Startup Campaigns + SQL + Data Analytics **Education:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
