Sales - Business to Business at Monster Smash LLC

Duties

Outside Sales (Cold Calling, Networking)

Responsible for the sales development and corporate services to prospecting new business clientele

Enhance relationships with existing customer base

Prioritize daily responsibilities through established activity-based performance-based sales objectives

Data entry sales interaction, activity, follow ups, appointments into CRM System - Salesforce

Self-reliant while working with a team

Strong emotional intelligence to gather information / assess situations before reacting

Portray a profressional image

Experience in the waste management / roll-off industry (or similar) a plus

Requirements

Occasional light physical work (bending, stooping, climbing)

Ability to lift unassisted up to 50lbs

Pass background screenings (Drug and Criminal)

Have a valid driver's license (CDL not required)
