About the Job
A Sales/Business Development Representative to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with General Contractors and MEP subcontractors, and expanding our market presence. Youll work closely with both the marketing team to ensure cohesive outreach strategies and the BIM operations team to align client needs with our service offerings. This role will require a balance of proactive sales efforts, strategic business development, and strong collaboration across departments to ensure that the company continues to deliver impactful solutions to the market.

- Proven experience in sales, ideally with BIM services or construction technology.
- Familiarity with BIM technology and its applications in construction and design (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with General Contractors and MEP subcontractors and their specific pain points related to BIM coordination.
- Experience with CRM software and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Maintain CRM discipline, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all sales activities.
- Present the companys range of BIM servicesincluding coordination, Revit training, and consultingin a clear and compelling way.
- Develop sales strategies tailored to client needs, aligned with our companys growth goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ensuring a strong understanding of BIM services and how to communicate their value.
- Adapt to fluctuating sales demands, prioritizing opportunities and projects as needed.
