We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join the Business Development Team at Grant Cardone Enterprises, a leading business education company. Salary & Commissions
- Base Salary
- $72,000 per year
- Plus Additional Performance Based Bonuses
What You Can Earn:
OTE 1st Year: $100k-150k
OTE 2nd Year: $150k-250k
OTE 3rd Year: $250k-400k
Hours of Operation
- Monday to Friday: 8:20 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:20 AM - 12:30 PM (for the first year of employment)
- 1-2 weekend events per month (Saturday & Sunday)
Job Overview
As a Sales BDR, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing new business opportunities through proactive outreach. You'll serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging them, educating them on our offerings, and setting up meetings to drive the sales pipeline forward.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and attending industry events.
- Qualify inbound leads from partners and effectively convert them into viable sales opportunities.
- Set appointments for Senior Sales Managers by engaging qualified prospects and presenting the value of our solutions.
- Track and manage leads through our CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up, accurate data entry, and smooth transition to the sales team.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of Grant Cardone Enterprises' products and solutions to effectively convey their value to prospects.
- Drive attendance to company-hosted events and conferences, serving as a brand ambassador.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates, represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and create new leads.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, with a proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Business Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Quick to adapt and respond in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Problem-solving ability and professional demeanor, even under pressure.
- Up to 10% Overnight/North America travel- industry events
Skills
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and commanding attention with persuasive delivery.
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with a range of audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cultivating lasting business relationships.
