SK Services is seeking a Sales/Business Development Representative who will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities for our company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and set up appointments with new qualified leads
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
Communicate with current and prospective customers to understand hiring needs by phone, email, and/or in-person meetings
Understand pricing models to negotiate service agreements and secure profitable business
Attend networking events as needed (some travel required)
Utilize staffing software to set up new clients and maintain current client records
Achieve sales target goals and track performance by maintaining sales reports
Request credit checks and obtain worker s compensation codes for new business.
Request certificates of insurance to provide clients for their records
Visit client work sites with recruiters to understand client work environments and job requirements
Collaborate with recruiting team to ensure overall success
More duties will develop as you grow the customer base High school diploma/GED
1-3 years previous sales experience required
Ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking skills
Time management and organization skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Have a willingness to collaborate with other team members and be solutions-driven when solving issues High school diploma/GED
1-3 years previous sales experience required
