About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven entry level Sales and Business Development Marketing Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through SEO optimization, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a key role within our organization and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success.
We are one of the largest suppliers of heavy-load moving tools and rigging equipment. We serve a large variety of industries with each industry having different material handling needs. Our Business Development Consultant aims to understand each of those needs and provide cost-effective off-the-shelf solutions or custom-built systems.
Location: Charlotte, NC 28273
Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $50,000 +
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, crafting primary media messages and SEO.
- Analyzing and identifying gaps in website content and optimizing pages for improved search results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base through effective website content
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Assist in enhancing our online presence, increase traffic, and drive conversions
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Skills and Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing
- Basic understanding of business development utilizing SEO implementation
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proficient in MS Office Suite specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
