Job Overview
This role is responsible for actively selling and promoting Phoenix International's global logistics solutions to both new and existing clients. In addition, this role will be expected to build client relationships and continuously develop sales activity for the North America enterprise.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Prospect new target accounts, 30 qualified accounts per quarter
- Handle and close both North America and overseas sales opportunities
- Develop new business strategies and build relationships with qualified leads
- Perform regular maintenance of assigned accounts in conjunction with Client Solutions to ensure client satisfaction
- Accurately track and document sales activity in the internal CRM tool to manage the sales development cycle and progress
- Prepare and send monthly sales reports and seek new opportunities to update sales pipeline
- Participate in sales activity engagement including but not limited to cold call, existing customer visits, sales lead follow up, quotations and closing of sales
- Work closely with the Sales Management team to support client development and success
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven sales success and/or experience with an NVOCC or 3PL
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Strong drive to acquire new business and a passion for building client relationships
- Organized and strategic planner
- Ability to develop and maintain strong inter-company relationships
- Ability to develop sales territory plans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Possess a valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
