What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending the best products and services.
• Act as the point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain knowledge of product benefits and features to effectively answer customer questions.
• Offer additional items or services to enhance the customer’s driving experience.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage recurring business.
• Keep assigned areas well-stocked, clean, and presentable.
• Greet customers with a positive demeanor and provide outstanding service.
• Handle stocking, moving merchandise, and retrieving products as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Full-time availability, including Saturdays.
• At least six (6) months of sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and well-dressed appearance.
• The ability to spend extended periods standing and walking.
• The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Solid math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
