• Pay Rate: $50,000 annual salary+ uncapped commission potential
• Location: Hoboken, NJ

RE Sales Manager Summary:

Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.

• Close Sales: Effectively close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Lead Follow-Up: Engage with warm, cold leads and follow up with potential customers to understand their needs, build rapport
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with sellers
• Quickly build rapport with potential clients
• Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination, and finalizing real estate transactions
• Must be available full-time Monday - Friday
• Management of sales pipeline

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
• A positive attitude and a desire to provide outstanding customer service
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus
• Must have a reliable car

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 Per Year
