Position Description
We are seeking an ambitious Telesales specialist to join our team and deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling inbound and outbound calls from prospects. The ideal candidate will collect information, conduct research, and address inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner. Our dynamic team provides comprehensive training on our products and services, equipping career-driven specialists with the knowledge and expertise they need to be successful.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through the handling of inbound and outbound calls from potential prospects.
- Gather information, research, and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
- Apply your product and services knowledge and expertise when responding to telephone inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and create customer profiles.
- Prepare standard reports.
- Ability to work on assignments and contribute to the overall success of the Inside Sales Team.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree not required but preferred.
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English (preferred not required).
- 3-4 years’ experience in phone sales.
- One or more years of similar or related experience of quota bearing sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence and demonstration skills.
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
- Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
- Competitive and positive individual that is self-driven and self-educating (both products and industry knowledge).
- Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
