Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell our medical devices to healthcare providers and institutions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities, including surgeons, and procurement professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical devices.
- Provide technical and clinical support to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and network with potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to optimize sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in the orthopedic and operating room sectors is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of medical devices, particularly in the areas of orthopedics and operating room technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional sales training and certification would be considered an asset.
