About the Job
$65K to $75K annual based on experience and current pay standards plus bonus program for up to 30% of total compensation or more with rapid growth opportunities.
HYBRID format (4 days in office 1 WFH)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for key sales executives.
- Prepare and review materials for meetings, presentations, and other documents between sales executives and c-level professionals.
- Manage sales executive day to day, including scheduling meetings and appointments, and providing reminders.
- Coordinate offsite meetings, events, and conferences, as well as travel arrangements for sales conferences and business development events.
- Assist with ad-hoc reports and special projects as needed.
- Provide support and guidance to other administrative staff when necessary.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information, such as financial information of clients and middle market companies.
- Excel in a collaborative environment, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating attention to detail and resilience in meeting deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferably 1 year of management support experience, ideally in financial/management consulting services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
