Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect jewelry pieces to meet their needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
• Utilize retail sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are attractive.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory counts effectively.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
