Job Title: Sales Associate I and Sales Associate II
Compensation:
- Sales Associate I: $50,000 - $55,000 base salary for 0-1 years of experience, with uncapped commissions and an annual target commission of $29,000.
- Sales Associate II: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary, with uncapped commissions and an annual target commission of $48,000. The top 50% of the team averages $140,000 in total compensation.
Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday
- Option 1: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
- Option 2: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM EST

Job Description
A fast-growing real estate technology company is looking for Sales Associates to join their innovative team. This role includes two levels—Sales Associate I and Sales Associate II—with level determination based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a critical role in the residential real estate industry by acting as a strategic digital marketing partner to clients. Through engaging virtual sales presentations, you’ll offer subscription-based marketing solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strategic client relationships and incorporate subscription-based marketing solutions into their marketing plans.
- New Business Development: Prospect and develop new customer relationships through proactive outreach, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Product Expertise: Educate clients through virtual demonstrations of innovative digital marketing solutions.
- Performance Goals: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work with team members to drive revenue and enhance customer experiences.
- Customer Focus: Provide exceptional service, valuable insights, and tailored solutions to meet clients’ unique needs.
Basic Qualifications
Sales Associate I:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Demonstrated interest in sales and customer relationship management.
- Proven commitment to previous employers and roles.
Sales Associate II:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least one year of experience in a related sales role.
- Proven track record of success in a corporate sales environment, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to manage and grow customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
