Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
Through use of our company approved CRM; input all jobs, contracts, customers, leads, notes, details and log calls.
Process and nurture all assigned leads.
Analyze prospect/customer needs to develop innovative solutions.
Cold/Warm call prospects to explain cost, advantages and features of services.
Travel to Trade shows and host lunch & learns; in order to educate prospects/customers about our business solutions.
Document customer compliance and requirements for specific job site locations (background checks, drug screening, training certificates, etc.)
Understand and coordinate subcontracting services when needed:
o Dewatering Equipment (Dewatering Boxes, Dewatering Bags, Weir Tanks, etc.).
o Material Disposal Services
o Chemical/ Polymer Needs
Create quotes and work internally with our Engineers to ensure accuracy and that customer needs are properly met.
Consult with customers and company officials to resolve complaints and provide services.
Build relationships across industries to leverage our services and solutions.
Learn and sustain complete knowledge of company protocols, pricing, procedures, and policies.
Close business and Create revenue!
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual that is hungry and wants to succeed. A producer with experience selling into multiple market segments/verticals that provides strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, while maintaining excellent organizational and time management skills.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED Required
College Degree preferred with at least 3 years of business-to-business sales.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid-Current Driver's License
Travel: This position would travel approximately 25% of the time. You may be required to travel out of town to meet potential clients for job walks, lunch-n-learns, trade shows, and sales meetings.

Must be willing to obtain a TWIC card.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000-$70,000 plus commissions.
