Overview:
The Lela Rose Highland Park Village Sales Lead is responsible for maximizing sales through all three collections: Lela Rose Collection, Lela Rose Ranch, and Pearl by Lela Rose. The Sales Lead is responsible for fostering long-lasting client relationships by creating an exceptional and seamless shopping experience. They will also work closely with the rest of the Lela Rose team and create an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Continuously working with clients via phone, email, or text to provide outstanding service.
Meets both monthly personal and store goals.
Works closely with store and corporate management to understand each collection from inspiration to specific styles to provide enhanced styling services to clients.
Works to find new clients and is active in outreach to strengthen relationships and bonds.
Ensures selling standards are met.
Maximizes sales through strong floor experience and supervision.
Merchandising/Visual:
Ensure the store is always properly merchandised.
Maintain and clean, neat, and organized selling floor.
Communicate inventory needs to support the business goals.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Experience in women’s luxury retail.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Strong verbal and communication skills.
Ability to build a client network.
Ability to create a quality work environment that will encourage others to develop and excel.
Foster a work climate that inspires mutual trust, respect, professionalism, and teamwork to achieve goals.
