About the job:
Framery is now looking for an energetic and fierce Sales Assistant to join our troops in Boston, MA, USA. Working closely between our sales team and logistics & production teams Sales Coordinator works to enable high-class customer experience and perfect order fulfillment.
Tasks include:
- Customer service
- Handling inquiries and orders
- Sales support
- Interconnection between our global distributors and our own sales and logistics teams
- Other sales and supply chain tasks
About you:
- Organized & precise working style and strong communications skills
- Interest and experience in customer service and supply chain related tasks
- Native English speaker
- Knowledge in other languages is seen as an asset
- Readiness to work with flexible working hours and to travel occasionally
- Proactive “self-starter” attitude with “get it done” mentality
